Executive Team

 
Derek Demby
Derek Demby is a Veteran with over 35 years of service in the United States Army. He is one of the founders as well as the Chief Executive Officer of Integres. He oversees the mission, vision, and strategic objectives as well as the financial, administrative, and day-to-day operations of the company.
With a Masters of Science in Health Sciences from Trident University and a Bachelors of Science in Justice from The American University, Derek advanced his expertise in information management while serving in the United States Army. During his thirty-four-year military career, Derek earned the rank of Lieutenant Colonel and served in several leadership roles including Director/Chief of Training for the District of Columbia National Guard. He was deployed twice to the Middle East, once in support of Desert Shield/Storm and once for Operation Enduring Freedom. He also served as an ambassador to Jamaica in support of the State Partnership Program.
 
Derek has earned The Bronze Star, The Meritorious Service Medal, The Humanitarian Service Medal, The Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal, a Maryland General Assembly Citation, a Mayoral Citation for Baltimore City, a Maryland Senate Certification of Special Recognition, a Maryland Congressional Certification of Special Recognition, and various additional awards and decorations in support of his country.   
William Greaves

William (Bill) Greaves is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Integres, and one of its founders. He is responsible for executing the company’s plan to grow, mature, and expand into new federal agencies. He leads the execution of Delivery on Integres’ projects, and currently leads Sales and Capture.

 

Mr. Greaves brings to Integres almost three decades of federal, state and local government, and private-sector business management experience, and extensive technical experience designing, developing and deploying enterprise solutions, with deep knowledge of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). He has a proven track record of leadership success, making critical and significant contributions to the formative development and growth of several IT companies, resulting in more than 1000% growth in a 3 year span in one case and more than 3000% growth in a span of 3.5 years in another.

 

Mr. Greaves is an expert Agile practitioner who received his ScrumMaster certification in 2005. He has developed and conducted numerous corporate and team training sessions on Agile adoption. He is also a PMI-certified Project Management Professional (PMP).  He is active in community outreach working with a mix of local, national, and international organizations focused on youth, education and poverty issues. Mr. Greaves received his education in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park.
