Eligible employees begin accruing Paid Time Off (PTO) immediately upon hire. Your PTO days will increase with your years of service at Integres. In addition, you will be able to carry over 40 hours of PTO each year.

Referrals
We champion filling open positions through employee referrals. We believe referrals from Integres employees are among the best ways to find new employees, so we offer a generous referral bonus system to help us hire the best candidates.
Non-Employee
Referrals
Non-employees may also participate in the referral bonus system. For each qualified and hired candidate who remains an employee for more than 90 days, non-employees will receive $500.
